  5. This is a VERY easy recipe for Coconut Macaroons.  They are the rich,
  6. heavy variety...

  8. Coconut Macaroons

  10. 1 can Eagle Brand Dessert Maker (Sweetened Condensed Milk)
  11. 2 packages Coconut  (about 6 cups)
  12. 2 tsp. Vanilla
  13.  
  14. yes, that's it.

  16. Mix ingredients in a bowl, form into balls and put on a well greased
  17. cookie sheet.

  19. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes.

  21. I usually bake them longer, since I like the carmelized flavor of the
  22. browned coconut on the bottom.
  23.  
  24. These can also be turned into a very tasty Chocolate Macaroon by adding
  25. a few spoons full of Cocoa powder.  Add to taste.
